Delivery of goods

When will I receive my delivery?

Your shipment will be sent to you within one business day after receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can track where your goods are at any time.

Can I also have the order sent to a DHL packing station?

Yes, we use the DHL packing stations. For this we need your postal number and the number of the packing station to which we should send your package.

Return

Is it possible to return goods?

Yes, of course

How does this work exactly?

You can create and print a return slip using our link (for a fee of EUR 6.90).
You can also send the goods by courier at your own expense to this address:

Is there a right of withdrawal?

How do I see if my return has arrived?

You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us by post as soon as we have received your return.

Credit

You will receive your credit note within 1 to 3 working days after we receive the return. It may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit. You select the payment method.

Payment

What payment methods are there?

Accordion pan "Purchase on account", this is possible for orders under 1,000.00 EURO. A prerequisite is proven creditworthiness and an identity check. "Paypal" can be used worldwide.

You can also pay by credit card. The following providers are available for this: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB and Diners Club.

"Prepayment/bank transfer" is also an possible payment option. Shipping will take place as soon as we receive your purchase amount.

What is the 3D Secure Code for credit card payments?

The 3D Secure process is used to protect you during all purchases on the Internet. Further information about your 3D Secure Code can be found here.

How can I redeem the voucher?

Take a look at the overview of your shopping cart. There you will find a separate field for the voucher code. The total amount of the purchase will be reduced by the corresponding amount after confirmation of the code entry.
